How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
What is the fit like?
Our items follow US/EU sizing (not Asian sizing).
- For a standard fit, order your usual size.
- For an oversized fit, size up by one.
will the print fade?
Our prints are designed to last for years without fading under normal wear. We use the latest and highest-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing technology available on the market.
will the clothes shrink?
No, our clothes will not shrink. All our items are pre-shrunk to maintain their size and fit even after washing. Made from high-quality, heavyweight 275 GSM cotton, our hoodies are designed for durability with zero shrinkage.
can i cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. Please email us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. After this timeframe, we are unable to process cancellations as your order will already be in preparation for shipment.
